- Buffalo mozzarella with fresh salad on a bed of thin slices of dry-salted beef 
- Asparagus and brie crêpe on a beetroots veloutè 
- Calf medallions with crispy smoked ham in Traminer sauce
- Zabaione crème Brûlée


Fish-based:

- Tasty mixture of smoked fish with mixed salad and balsamic vinegarreduction 
- Cuttlefish-ink ravioli served with special saffron bluefish fillet 
- Seabass fillet flavoured with pistachio oil served with asparagus mousse and red Himalayan salt 
- Strawberry mousse with wild berries marmalade

Drinks:  Mineral water and one bottle of wine for each two diners; Coffee with friandises.
