The relatively unsafe cities in Africa and the Middle East have dropped out.  We were
somewhat sad about Nairobi dropping out, as they speak English and drive on the
right-hand side, which means we could have kept the cars ... and because of the
close proximity to South Africa, we could have kept the loft in Cape Town.

QQ #6: They will not get transferred to a country which lies above 
or below the 50th parallels (not over +/- 50 degrees latitude).
